Editorial Policy
Dalal News is committed to clear, factual, India-focused business journalism. This policy explains how we source, write, edit, and correct our stories.
Sourcing
We draw on a wide range of public sources including official press releases, regulatory filings (SEBI, RBI, MCA), wire services, mainstream news outlets, and credible industry reports. Every story attributes its source(s) and, where relevant, links back to the original reporting.
Editing & review
Every article is reviewed by a member of our editorial team before publication. Reviewers check that facts, figures, names, and dates match the underlying source material, and that the writing meets our standards for clarity and tone.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we correct it promptly and visibly. Significant factual corrections are noted at the end of the affected article along with the date of correction. To report an error, email editorial@dalalnews.comwith the article URL and the issue.
Independence & conflicts
Dalal News is independently owned. We accept advertising (via Google AdSense) and may run sponsored content in future, but sponsored content will always be clearly labelled and kept separate from editorial coverage. We do not let advertisers, sponsors, or sources influence what we cover or how we cover it.
Not investment advice
Nothing on Dalal News constitutes investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. We report on markets and businesses; readers should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
